3. Processing and Quality Control

After treatment, the recovery period is generally short. Patients are advised to rest for a day or two and avoid strenuous physical activity for at least a week, depending on the treatment area.

Mild swelling, stiffness, or tenderness at the injection or collection site is normal and typically subsides within a few days. Unlike surgery, stem cell therapy involves no large incisions or hospital stays, and most patients return to normal routines quickly.

However, regeneration takes time. Many people begin noticing improvement in pain levels, mobility, and overall function within a few weeks, with continued progress over several months as the stem cells stimulate repair and tissue growth.
